Day 125 Stop and Look 365

I can almost see the history in this wood. It’s weathered and discolored, but you can just imagine the stories it would tell. If wood could talk. This barn is part of Union Mills Homestead. There is also a grist mill on the property that dates back to 1797. What makes it even more unique is its proximity (about 17 miles) to the Gettysburg Battlefield. Apparently, Union and Confederate soldiers camped on different parts of the property. Now, just look at this wood. Everything really blends together after all these years and lasts.
