Mountains are everywhere in Costa Rica. There are over 200 volcanoes in Costa Rica. At least five are active; Turrialba, Poas, Arenal, Rincon de la Vieja and Irazu. It was difficult to tell which mountain was a volcano or just a mountain. Even in the city the mountains were beautiful. You just had to Stop and Look Up.
