Day 151 Stop and Look 365

Look at this produce. I think it’s beautiful. Especially since it came out of my garden. Now it’s ready to Can. I learned to Can (preserver produce) 18 years ago. I find growing my own produce, then preserving it for future use is rewarding.  Imagine knowing I have the ability,  To Grow, Can, and Eat all done with my hands is empowering. This is my crop of strawberries and black raspberries, I just canned them. Now I just need some toast. I’m not baking bread. I did too much of that during the pandemic. If you have your own produce, try your local farmer’s market. You will find a lot of ideas for canning on the internet. I encourage you to try. You will be rewarded.
