Day 150 Stop and Look 365

When I go to the beach, I hunt for shells, play in the water, and watch the sea birds hunt for fish and clams. Recently, I started to notice the flowers on the path to the water. To my surprise, many of them can be foraged to use for medicinal needs, flour, cereal, and even making ropes.  I continue to encourage you to always “stop and look” at things. There are treasures right in front of you wherever you venture. Remember, you are never too old to learn something new or start a new hobby.
