Create Your Own Special Garden

I have several themed gardens on my property. They are not large, but each one serves to spark happiness and a smile. This is the nature walk garden. My husband decided to turn it into a habitat for the birds because he couldn’t get rid of or control the ivy. The birds also gorge on the bugs in the fallen tree. I put up a number of bird houses and feeders. Friends have given us things they had no use for, like this wonderful bird bath. I also repurpose items, for example, this playschool barn. The birds shelter in it during the rain. Most of my garden features are made from thrift store finds and repurposed items. The best thing about the walk is that I can sit at my window with a “birds eye view” and watch the birds playing. Each breed has unique characteristics and behaviors. My very own bird TV channel.
