I know I have said this many times, but this object really makes me laugh and smile. Why are laughing and smiling so important? Well, they can decrease your stress. Make you feel positive. Reduce pain. Build your immune system and relieve tension in your muscles. On a more scientific note, when you smile, your body releases three hormones: dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin. All of these help you to feel happy. So, find something that’s positive to “look” at and smile. It will help your body and brain help you.
